Pros
* Many Silicon Valley perks such as shuttles from SF to MP, free lunches, gym, unlimited PTO and flexible work hours * Incredibly smart and driven work force with people at the top of the game from clinical, business, software, and scientific backgrounds * Incredibly focused (mantra-like) on the goal of detecting cancer early, when it can be cured
Cons
* Uneven career ladder leveling across company * Can be a culture of ego/arrogance, especially in between departments, which can make communication and getting things done difficult * Company direction has pivoted back and forth enormously in the matter of months (maybe normal for a company less than 3 years old?) * Some waste of resources due to need to churn out results quickly * Competitive atmosphere (although that can be good too)
