      Pros

      Ok insurance, strong commercial seat segment, strong Mexico and Brazil plant operations.

      Cons

      20 year old systems, Chinese bought up mediocre German company (with toxic history). Overpaid for Blowmolding/HVAC acquisition without due diligence - leaving current management team with many legacy sins. Poor Executive team - dishonest… plan for constructive dismissal if your honest and want to fix problems.
