      Feels like a big family. CEO is very welcoming.

      Cons

      The management team can be likened to a Men’s club. Ineffective department heads are not relocated. Nepotism is a likelihood. Too many irrelevant meetings.

      - Very understanding and patient management team. - Small business so no red tape. - Zero micromanagement. - Extremely supportive. - Family culture. - Flexible.

      - No active HR person/division. - Sales process need to be reworked. - Extremely long sales cycle. - Incentives other than base salary and commission don’t exist. - Career growth.
