This company is great if you are interested in moving up in design. If you’re looking for something challenging but not overwhelming this is the right place. There’s lots of great projects and design opportunities and your coworkers are very supportive, friendly and make working in person better. The culture is great, there’s lots of effort put into making holidays and big life events special. The office is very very modern with a great break room, materials library and different places to work within the office, helping to reduce the redundancy of typical office life. They will pay for your licensing, certifications and organizations and encourage industry networking. There’s lots of great opportunities here for those willing to learn and put in the effort. The yearly bonus reflects the work you put in and salary adjustments are given at minimum annually. Great regular hours and flexible time off policy.

The largest downside is the lack of remote work opportunities. It’s expected to be in office full-time with few exceptions allowed, which is great for collaboration and growth but makes flexibility difficult. You definitely have to make your way through this company and advocate for yourself, it can be easy to “slip through the cracks”. There is a lot expected of designers that will push you to become a better; however if you’re looking for a relaxed day job, this isn’t it. The employees are majority Utah based so the diversity of experiences and culture could be improved.
