from the over amount of paranoia from the CEO and PRESIDENT which explains the crazy amount of security cameras watching your every move. to add too the already stressful environment you can add racism , verbal abuse , yelling at staff to the point you can hear it from the parking lot , etc etc . the list goes on and on. ive never been to prison before , but i think ive got a pretty good idea now on what it would be like.
