Pros
Excellent corporate culture and awareness, lots of recognition of hardwork for staff across the board. Fantastic HR team and very forward-looking and progressive policies. Great amenities for in-office, and WFH on Fridays. Majority of employees are very humble, smart, and fantastic to work with. Both CEO's bring different perspectives and are both forward thinking. Employee engagement and overall satisfaction seem to be a true priority.
Cons
Very poor leadership in the Information Technology department. Extremely heavy micromanagement, toxic manipulation, heavy finger pointing mindset, and archaic management philosophies. Raising any awareness is thwarted by legitimate fear of retaliation.
