1. I’ve worked for big banks and this small credit union is by far more sales pushy. 2. District managers, managers, and MROs all have extremely high sales goals so the spirit of competition is alive here. Every one is out for themselves. Instead of building you up, they are so busy trying to hit goal. I’m use to mangers building their employees. 3. You do so much work for little pay. Processing, underwriting, taking in mortgage applications (more than just a referral).
