GTI Federal is an amazing company to work for. The Owner and Senior Management take pride in taking care of their people. In the recent govt. shutdown, GTI Federal took care of its staff... paying them out of pocket to make sure their employees had no worries. This is not a 1-800 company.... management and staff alike are both available to their employees for assistance at all times.

Can't think of a thing I could complain about.... Surveys are sent to staff so we always have a chance to anonymously address any concerns.
