Good lerning oppertunity and to get new tools to work on and also flexible working

The work culture is toxic, mainly because of the frontend head. There is extreme micromanagement, leaving little to no room for growth. The company also does not hire enough QA resources, so engineers and other team members are forced to do peer testing and test case reviews, increasing pressure on already overloaded teams.
