Great place to start your career as a software developer. As a fresher, I got the opportunity to work on multiple impactful projects and build scalable applications from scratch, which helped me grow technically and gain real-world experience early on. The learning curve was steep but rewarding, Coolest CTOs and Managers in the tech team were extremely helpful and cooperative, approachable and always encouraged learning. The company offers a high level of flexibility—be it with working hours or taking leaves—and the perks are among the best I’ve seen, especially for a growing tech firm. Overall, it's a solid environment for growth, learning, and making meaningful contributions to the tech stack. I highly encourage people to join GTROPY who wants to start their career or grow in their career as well.

I have not faced any cons and everything was just best !!
