Pros
GVC!! is one of 15 companies in the tri state area who provide transportation for the disabled. MTA is the invisible hand on the road, they set the regulations for the drivers.
Cons
The management do not care about the drivers or the people they provide the service for. The cars and buses are provided by the MTA all need to be replaced. The staff are over worked with poor customer services. There is no job security, opportunity, low compensation, bottom level benefits. This job is more of a work release program and it shouldn't be that way.
