The Job isn't too difficult.

No support from upper management.

Tasks are simple and very minimal. Locations is good depending on which direction you are to home, You either move away from traffic or with traffic. Location is right in the middle of where it may start being a problem, or away from the problem.

Lack of good leadership, and SOPs. Accommodations to different needs is bare minimal. Verbal abuse is imminent, and blame shifting is a normal occurrence. These causes high turn over rate and people leave often.
