You can’t always get your money so if you’re concerned about getting back your money, don’t go to expensive places.

You can eat food. You can work online.

My experience working for this company is terrible. They don’t pay you to fill out very detailed and time consuming reports. They hassle you and threaten you to cancel your visit if you don’t fill out the report down to the tiniest detail, that means you lose your money invested in the fine dining experience. They are rude and unprofessional in communication. The editors shirk their work on the mystery shoppers despite the mystery shopper filling out a detailed report, uploading all pictures, recordings, transcriptions. They repeatedly ask you the same questions over and over again in messaging and emails. They blame you if you don’t jump when they bark that you are causing them to lose a job with their client. If they were really concerned about that, they should hire real employees and train them exactly on how they specifically want each detail to be written. What you go through and the time wasted is not worth getting free food. You have to use your own money and get reimbursed 30 days later. You are not even a registered legitimate employee. I thought this would be a fun experience to try new foods and use my writing skills- nope. I cannot recommend this place AT ALL. Stay away from these users and scammers. I have lost money doing visits because of the games they play. They deny you have done the report correctly just so they can no reimburse you the money spent and keep it themselves when you have already done the report. This is no way to run a business. Stay very VERY far away!
