I learned and extraordinary amount working here. I was given so many opportunities to grow and develop leadership skills and thinking.

One or two of the top leadership isn't as forward thinking as the rest of them, and I think it holds the firm back, at least in some ways. Not a dealbreaker as an employee in obvious ways. Just something I noticed.

No drama in the office. Nice colleague.

Below-Market Pay: Salaries are severely outdated. The financial reward for the execution team doing all the heavy lifting is way lower than the market rate. Top-heavy management structure. The micromanagement is strong on behavior and hierarchy rather than outcomes. The promotion is slow and design opportunity is limited in projects.
