Biased management, Bad hygiene standards - forging their numbers when swabbing machines to ensure they are cleaned to standard. Your manager undermines your authority in front of your team. He would overrule your decision then blame you for not hitting targets. You get disrespected, belittled, When you try to speak to the site lead - he is not interested in solving any issues, You pretty much get blamed for everything - whether it's your fault or not. Manager will send your team members home, then expect you to hit the same target as if you had a full team. You get disciplinaries for being off work for health reasons even if you bring your sick note, prescriptions and medications to your boss. The list is so long I could go on all day. If you have even a little respect for yourself - RUN AWAY AND FAST from this job.
