Pros
I have worked for Gables for a little over a year. I have found my new home. I love my new Community Manager Evangelina and the Leasing Manager Joyce. They are both so helpful and understanding plus the coaching is so good. I also work with Robyn, she is also a sales professional. We work so well as a team here. The maintenance team D, Junior and Jermaine are amazing, they truly know what it means to be in service to our residents. I Love it here!
Cons
The only thing I would change with all the other properties out there most are closed on Sundays and I would like to see us close on Sundays so there is more focus during the week and Saturdays. I have asked other properties if they like it, they feel it keeps the staff longer plus helps to have more people on staff during the busiest times.
