Pros
Get to see the inner-workings of some big name companies, independent work, awesome location, and interesting people. If you bike to work you get fifty cents. Salary based bonuses probably 3 to 4 times a year.
Cons
The biggest problem with working here is the size of the company. There is pretty much no room for growth as an individual in the company.
