It’s basically work, eat, get your salary on the 15th of every month, and repeat. No personal growth, outdated tech, and very poor salary increments. Most of the time, it feels like working inside a pressure cooker. The amusing part is that they even asked employees to write positive reviews on Glassdoor, which is quite unusual. The MD is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. If you’re thinking about joining, please think twice. Don’t trust the positive Glassdoor reviews — most don’t reflect the real experience.
