Pros

Good remote culture, intelligent employees.

Cons

Never reached profitability. CEO stepped down and VC stepped in. They cleaned house and fired about 2/3 of the company over 4-5 months without warning and 1mo severance. Low pay Other negative Glassdoor reviews have been deleted.

Pros

Decent group of employees, great benefits, quarterly meetups in person

Cons

This start up company is sinking. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. There’s no company wide organization from the top down. They come out with new products every quarter with no training from the top everyone just has to figure it out. The environment/software in which employees work in always breaks down, leaving it hard for people to do their job. People get sick being overworked so much. No one has a real answer why thr company operates how do especially if a customer is asking, it could take 2-3 days to get s response. Also when they lay you off, they just shut down your computer and send you a text to check your email. It so disrespectful but they cultivate this false close family environment but its really just a disorganized chaotic business. If you want to be stressed 90% of the time and working without systems this is the place. Also no onboarding for the actual job just the company. They love giving people 2-3 jobs and say you’re voluntold to do this, and it comes with no pay increase.
