Point System- I understand why a point system is in place. But to get a point for having an excused dr note is absolutely absurd. If you have the flu - and are out for 4 days with a dr note, you get 4 points! (without a dr note- 6 points. if you are ONE second late clocking in or one second early clocking out.... 1 point. Huge rift between office workers and factory workers and management. Upper management plays favorites and doesn't treat lower management equally which reflects on the regular employees. NO vacation or sick days until you are there for 1 year! after 1 year, you get 1 week (5 days) paid vacation days and ONE paid sick day. Can not use vacation days for a half day for a dr. apt. (so you make a dr apt at 8 am, don't get to work until say 9:30, you still get a point. may as well take a few hours off. They do NOT care about their employees. Many have been loyal for 5+ years and they are treated like garbage.
