Cons

The culture is highly toxic and inconsistent, with frequent changes in direction, priorities, and expectations that are not clearly communicated or applied evenly. Leadership alignment is lacking, which creates confusion, stress, and unnecessary rework. Policies and standards seem to shift depending on the audience or situation, leading to favoritism and a lack of trust. There is little psychological safety, speaking up or asking for clarity can feel risky rather than encouraged. Decisions often feel reactive instead of strategic, and accountability is uneven across teams. As a result, morale suffers, and burnout is common.
