      Invested in trainees. Ambitious in passing knowledge to younger generation. Good benefits and learning opportunities. Protective of the company image.

      Cons

      Protective of the company image is also a con. Upper management were extremely cliquish and actively bullied their subordinates. HR was in on it as well and made sure that I would not report during my exit interview.

      Had mostly positive experiences with my coworkers; lots of great talent

      Cons

      Toxic management, limited leadership oversight, weak organizational structure, minimal career mobility, inconsistent support on accounts, unclear expectations, excessive bureaucracy, heavy reliance on overseas support, and a culture that encourages burnout with little operational relief.
