Pros
Will hire entry level consultants and help them get certified. The other employees and management are very friendly and easy to work with. Overall Galvin is a great stepping stone to working with a better consulting firm.
Cons
Overload you with dozens of tiny projects making it impossible to manage your time. They do not know how to estimate a project, most projects end up not being completed because sales promised more than could be delivered. The sales team has no idea what they are selling, they are not Salesforce certified and it shows. They consistently over promise, and sell services that the consultants do not know how to implement (example giving someone who has only done a few sales cloud projects an FSL, CPQ or community project without training them on those clouds first). When the project inevitably fails, the consultant is blamed even though they were not given the proper tools to complete the project. Turnover is a huge issue, most consultants, like myself, last less than a year.
