The Work/Life Balance is probably the best of any company I've been with. They allow for a very flexible schedule. Management provides excellent coaching/mentoring and is always available to troubleshoot, assist , or just work through a project solution with you when needed. They offer reimbursement for both digital and classroom learning related to Salesforce and Salesforce Partner Products as well as reimbursing the cost of Salesforce Certifications. There are lots of opportunities to learn new areas of both Salesforce and Salesforce Partner Products with real world application. Compensation is also very competitive with good pay and bonus potential. I love the culture which is always positive, supportive and very collaborative. Lastly the people at Galvin are absolutely great and its a pleasure to be a part of the team.

Smaller Consulting firm so no 401k and the Insurance is so-so.
