      Pros

      Good benefits, development team is friendly and profesional. Studio owners genuinly care for the personal well being of employees.

      Cons

      Working rules can be restrictive. Salary is below what other studios currently offer. After a couple of years, proffessional growth comes to a stop. Not a lot of mobility.
