The cons are listed here: 1. They are always try to mentally disturbed when you want to something. 2. They are saying to I have lots of pressure because of you. 3. They are always doing regional partiality. If you are not belongs to Tamilnadu. Then you don't have choice to live your personal life. 4. Every day you have work there minimum 12 to 13 hour. 4. If Management give you any party for project success or company profits they cut you salary. Minimum 20% of you salaries. 5. If you take leave at least 15 days. after days you come you will get out of company. 6. If you are out of "tamilan" then you give your best but CEO always says you guys are not fit for this job. and always try to regional politics.
