Pros
- You write guides for video games, so people who are passionate about them will probably enjoy the job - HR is AMAZING - Teammates are nice and helpful - Good place to get experience about all things SEO and ranking better on Google (Google Trends, Google Analytics, Google Search Console), which most Technical Writers need nowadays
Cons
- Pay is terrible for what you're required to do - Some managers are absolutely rude and downright insulting, I feel like a couple of them just don't know how to speak to people - Sometimes it feels like managers do not care about their employees - Most days it feels like we're just being used as extremely cheap labor - Moving up in the company feels like pulling teeth
