Pros
Owners were fair and treated people well. They expected you to stay busy and there was always something to do, so that wasn't a problem. The played rock and blues in the shop, which I enjoyed.
Cons
It is a small operation so the pay wasn't very good and there weren't really any advancement opportunities.
