      - Good employee benefits - Flat hierarchy - Plenty of opportunities to learn live operations - Given a lot of autonomy when designing new features for the game - Great place to learn and grow

      Cons

      - Occassional OT due to working with an overseas company (different time zone) - Delayed pay increments and promotions - Company didn't have contingency plan for when a project ends

      - Designers and artists are great people

      Cons

      - Management keeps failing to update delays despite daily reminders - Rude Lead Dev and QA - Empty promises from management - Was told that there is medical specialist coverage only to find out there isn't after after all my appointments - People are always leaving
