      Pros

      Able to work from home, hired first thing out of University. Payment was fair compared to amount of work allotted. Payment was done in a timely manner, Responsibilities never exceeded what the contract demanded, you did your work and you were done

      Cons

      Disorganized at times. Projects passed frequently from manager to manager. Quality control is nonexistent.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      In this startup environment, you can expect to be underpaid, while overworked. No paid vacation days, limited benefits.
