Pros

The only pros — experience in the gambling industry.

Cons

Inside the company, there was total disorganization, particularly in the CRM and Retention teams where I worked. Many people lacked soft skills, making effective communication a challenge. Management was virtually absent, with frequent mistakes occurring daily, and no one taking responsibility. Employees worked under intense stress and anxiety, yet little care or support was offered. My team leader and department head often contributed to the chaos, disrupting processes rather than facilitating them. They lacked the skills to motivate the team and instead relied heavily on pressure, punishment, and reprimands. During my six months there, I interacted with other departments and observed a general lack of respect among team members, stemming largely from the example set by team leaders and department heads. There were no established processes, and the environment was far from conducive to productivity. Toxicity was pervasive, and employees were regularly warned about consequences for mistakes—often in the form of fines, which were levied without discussion. My last fine, for example, was unrelated to my work performance; I lost money due to a conflict with a colleague. Another issue was the company’s hiring practices, as they brought in unqualified people without providing them adequate training. This further disrupted team dynamics, and again, it was largely ignored. In conclusion, while I gained some valuable experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who values clear communication, supportive leadership, or a healthy work environment.

Pros

- Competitive Salary - Small bonuses (50 usd on birthday, New Year) - Challenging stack and problems, high load app

Cons

Repetitive & Monotonous Tasks: High volume of boring "reskinning" jobs and copy-pasting components instead of solving real engineering problems. Massive Technical Debt: Working with a "spaghetti" codebase where speed is prioritized over quality, making any new feature a nightmare to implement. Incompetent Leadership: Management and senior developers lack technical vision and struggle with basic architectural decisions. Toxic "Kiss-up" Culture: A political environment where sycophancy (favoritism) is rewarded more than actual coding skills or performance. Lack of Transparency: Sudden dismissal without prior warnings, using "poor performance" as a convenient excuse to cut staff.
