Money and benefits are great, never leave you waiting for your pay. The environment is fun and challenging, most of the time. Being a remote first company is great as it allows for a truly international and diverse team to be built across so many of the sites. Slack is filled with people who are passionate about the art and industry of video games, couldn't ask to work with a better group of people. I've had some difficult times in my personal life during my team here, and management has always been extremely understanding.
