There is nothing good in Gantrex India operation and it is very much isolated from gantrex belgium.There is no proper resources in terms of Manpower or System.Management has no vission and mission except to take back profit.Only 14 employees in India and turnover is approximately 30 crore.There is no directors in India operation which is required as per companies act 2014
Cons
There is no holidays project team works on Saturday and Sunday also. In a simple way I can describe it as grocery shop. They will treat you as bonded labour and also take bond of 2 lakhs.Please think several time before spoiling your life.
