Pros

Making your own schedule and working with great customers.

Cons

They pay poverty wages. They micro manage like crazy - there are so many reports and they don’t want you working in your home office which means you work before work, after work and weekends - all for a sub par living wage. If you’re in an account so you can’t take their call - your manager will email and copy everyone letting them know you didn’t answer. I would never answer while working with an account. They claim you have protected territories but I had 2 managers and a trainer taking my top accounts. Management treats you with such disrespect and they go out of their way to let you know that you don’t matter.

Pros

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

Cons

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Pros

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Cons

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
