      Pros

      If you have a decent supervisor and CSM manager, it could be fine.

      Cons

      Uniforms fall apart quickly. Company was a complete mess and forced me out (constructive dismissal) after reporting them to the provincial authorities for severe OSHA violations.

      Your surrounded by good people. Some clients may feed you though it purely coincidence.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, Poor training, Poor Staff community. Vehicles are temperamental, and long work hours.
