      Pros

      The time to go home if you made it out alive.

      Cons

      Totally unsafe enviorment. Pallets poorly placed in racks, product falling, extremely poor management. Nice owner but fed a lot of misinformation. A total joke. No HR. No leadership and NO SAFETY PROTOCAL. OSHA on the way. A year ago, a worker was killed.
