Pros

Great people and a great learning environment. Family oriented. Department managers and those you work with regularly are great to work with.

Cons

Pay and benefits could be more competitive. Not a lot of room for growth depending on where you start.

Employee Attrition Is High (Employees Leave For More Career Advancing Opportunities) 4. The Boss Is Invisible (Nothing screams negative leadership like an invisible boss who only shows up to give demands and to look over “special projects.” ) 5. Employees Are Not Developed (No Advanced Training To Further Skills) 6. Staff Face Frequent Micromanaging (From ----) 7. No One Is Asking Questions (People Are Scared Of ----) 8. Compassion Is Lacking (Positive Influence Is Key For Any Sucessful Company) 9. People Are Ducking And Covering (Creativity And Engangement Is Frowned Upon) 10. Respect Is Demanded, Not Created (Upper Management) 11. There Is Hypocrisy (Do This, Not That: I Said Do That, Not This) 12. Impulse Control Is Lacking (Hard To Predict When ---- is Going To Go Off; This Causes Increased Anxiety And Stress At Work)
