- Work with young people - Some flexibility on work hours but this will cut into your commission.
Cons
- lack of guidance or training from management - pay structure barely pays for living cost of Dubai - you get commission on a quarterly basis and they give you 3000 AED /month as a forward to your salary that will be deducted at your quarterly comission. First of 3000 AED does not cover living expense in Dubai. - employees are tired and unhappy to the point that they don't even interact with each other. - high turnover rate
