Pros
Garmin has decades within the industry and has managed to refine their process really well, they have an incredible training programme which constantly supports you and allows you to succeed within your role. You don't have to constantly look for management, they have general support advisors, then team assistants to help with general queries then with technology questions you have a team who specialise in these products and will get back to you within seconds the majority of which are based in the office around you.
Cons
The pay is quite poor, the benefits are also poor. The company culture benefits you when you fit in with the right people, the office is dark and depressing and unless you drive is more or less out of the way making getting to work and getting home a nightmare local bus travel is inconsistent every 60 minutes or so, if you finish at 17:30 normally but stay until 6 to finish up anything else, you will miss your bus and have to wait until 19:00pm
