great potential - Anonymous employee Garver Employee Review

I wish everyone got a chance to go to the company wide meeting every year, but I get why its not financially feasible. The only other thing that bothers me is how its not exactly the most tolerant company when it comes to accepting people. I think you'd probably get fired for being gay unfortunately. Most of the leaders are evangelical christian. There's even a pastor that comes around and talks to you once a week. Its weird but it doesn't bother me and I could see how it would make some people feel uncomfortable.
