Specific leadership in my team is hell-bent on covering up repeat sexual offenders who are owners by firing good employees to protect the offender. Big change when leadership brought on a valley-girl wanna-be lying leader with a lapdog underling who freely catered to that toxic leader. Depends on your group’s leadership. Corporate is aware.
