The managers care, make an effort to support their laborers, approve time off and understand when sick. The money is consistent, there is rarely a dead night.
Cons
This is a primarily middle to upper class white neighborhood which is the majority of their regulars. I have witnessed, experienced and heard about microagressions. Healthy care and benefits are not offered.
