-Not a lot of "middle management" positions to grow into but they are working to change this!
-Growing very quickly which has come with a need for growing the headcount. They are working diligently to hire great candidates but until that goal is reached there is a heavy workload in some departments
-Very comprehensive hiring process which is great for the company (selective, well-placed candidates) but can be a con if you are expecting an easy hiring process!
