Pros
Lots of overtime is available for those who want it. Cleanest work areas I've even been in. I got cross-trained in other machines which was a nice change and opportunity. Good managers and supervisors. Air conditioning was nice to have this summer. I don't use it often enough but there is a workout room here with weights and equipment. People are nice and there is no drama. Some negative attitudes left and its gotten even better here. I can't complain. So much nicer than my other jobs. This year the whole company went golfing.
Cons
I have no complaints. I do my job and get treated like an adult. Covid was tough on everyone everywhere, but here we stayed employed and we felt safe. Owner sent out regular emails to all employees with updates on protocols. I like it here.
