Very good at over time

Low ambiance and poor quality of desks

I don't think there is any pros in this . Let's took at the cons

Very poor work life balance, using time tracker and taking screenshots every 3 minutes Even this also need to update status every time. Overtime work very hectic and burnout . Very low salary and sudden dismiss and terminate the employment without finishing the training period. Litterly awful
