Poor team spirit among department. Managers are incompetent and lousy in leading the company. The company leaders only care for themselves or put it this way everyone only cares about themselves, the front liner has basically no one but only themselves to rely on at their job . Poor career progression if you are "outside the group of recognised identities". Salary increment and bonus package are next to none.
