Pros
None. They overwork you and state that they will give you a raise after 90 days but they won't do so if their sales are low and stuff is being stolen out of stores.
Cons
Owner threatens people in order to make them work . Told some of my coworkers if they don't sale more he will put them on commission and fire them if they don't meet the sales quota.The management is horrible and unorganized they closed down a full store with five employees in it without even telling the employees until 2 days before closing.
