Pros
1. If a fresher is interested in website development then this is the company to join. 2. Here various technology are used which we can learn over time. 3. Working environment is very good though not as professional as other big MNC but does not matter if you are learning. 3. Senior are very helpful. You have self learn everything but if you are stuck senior will for sure help which some company where senior are very selfish. 3. Here people are young mute or less of same age so it is very easy to connect to each other's.
Cons
May be infrastructure is not that good as TSC n other MNC Starting pay is bit low And you have to bring your own laptop. Others wise if you are ok with this condition then you can learn many thing. Your choice. Good luck.
