easy going environment, work hard but play hard too. over time i paid out at time and a half. fun group of people - I still keep in touch and go out with some of the guys there.

Majority of the work is some what repetitive. (understandable though - clients want what they want)

- Most projects are not team oriented - Unrealistic project deadlines - Speed is more valued than quality - Non-flexible work hours/work from home days - Unclear software requirements - Inconsistent programming techniques
