Pros
Had a great manager and supervisor. Co-workers were great. Plenty of opportunity to try different projects. Received two or three raises/promotion in the year I was there.
Cons
Your working for best buy so low pay, poor benefits, and some people didn't understand entry level jobs are not meant to be stayed at for more than three years. So co-workers were often complaining about pay. Not a place to stay a long time unless pay isn't an issue.
